    The closest phrase you're looking for here is "You heard me!" (although it's informal and I have the feeling it's not polite.)

    Btw, I think the B remark does not sound too natural in this context. There's an idiom "You can say that again" (meaning "I agree with you/Hear! hear!"), which somewhat overlaps whith "say it again" and can create confusion.
    The more appropriate response would be, simply: "What?", "What did you say?" or, more politely, "Excuse me?".

    Please note that the speakers don't seem to be very kind to each other. That's a good situation to be careless and maybe rude.
