    I want to inform my friend that, I am leaving my house and will reach station in 10 Minutes, to say this can I use:
    " Hi Jack, I am leaving home now and will reach station in 10 Min"

    Please suggest.

    Yes, that is correct.

    Hi Jack, I am leaving home now and will reach the station in 10 minutes.

    If you and your friend knows about the station you both are going to meet at, use "the".

    Or to be more precise, mention the station you are taking about.

    Hi Jack, I am leaving home now and will reach the railway\gas station in 10 minutes.
