    I arrived late and couldn't get a bath or a meal. That's good (=
    bad) hotels for you.My question is why do we not use hotel and what 's the meaning of "for"?Thank s!

    If you said hotel, you would need an article- that's a good hotel. For you means something along the lines of it shows you/is an example
