    22.meeting , new

    "It is a rule that each research fellow should call meeting in March to give advice to the teachers and suggest new about teaching."My question is :1.before meeting can we add" a";2.what's the function of "new"?

    I would say there must be an article before meeting- it sounds wrong as it stands to me. There's a word missing after new- new ideas, etc.
