    What is wrong with this sentence?

    What is wrong with this sentence? Thanks in advance.

    To work as an Accountant where I can effectively contribute my skills to help in achieving the company’s objectives.

    or

    To work as an Accountant to effectively contribute my skills to help in achieving the company's objectives.

    The main problem with both versions is that neither of them is a full sentence. Please post the full sentence, so that we can look at it properly.
