    "Eat lunch" and "Have lunch"

    Hi Everybody,

I would like to know if people say I am going to "eat lunch" to instead of "have lunch", is it grammatically correct? Please advise.

    Thanks.

Yes, they are both used. "I am going to eat lunch" is more common in AmE than in BrE.
