    Is it correct to say that? I used it once and then started to think if it'd been correct.

    It's OK, but a bit old-fashioned; usually (in Br Eng) we'd say 'Now you've got/made me angry'.

    PS Of course, depending on context, you might want to stress the auxiliary: 'Now you [really] have got me angry.'
