    Count of request form

    Hi,

If we are referring "Count of request form" in general, should we write it as it is or "Count of request forms"?

    Many thanks.

'Count/number/tally/total of completed request forms'. Or, because of a possible ambiguity relating to 'forms referring to completed requests [that is, requests that have been met]' it might be better to specify '...request forms received/returned'. (In each case, choose only one of the options!)
