    in the least

    Dear teachers,

Would you be kind enough to tell me whether I am right with my interpretation of the expressions in bold in the following sentences?

Miss Rebecca was not, then, in the least kind or placable.

I'm not in the least tired

in the least = at all, in the smallest degree

    Thanks for your efforts.

    Regards,

    V

    Yes
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
