    A shocking experience

Any corrections will be welcomed. Thank you!

I've just gone through a week-long training seminar which was conducted by an American institute and took place in the desert. The purpose of the seminar was to train qualified social activists to lead a social change. That week was terrible for me. Since then, I've hardly slept and eaten because it was a shocking experience to me. I'm confused and trying to calculate my next step.

    Re: A shocking experience

As the person has just gone through it, I would change 'that week' at the start of the third sentence- maybe It was a terrible week for me.
