Is there any expression "go uphill" meaning the opposition of " go downhill"?

Yes! Uphill is the opposite of downhill, and both can be used with "go".

thank you for clearing the obscurity hanging on to me, but one thing i just want to make clear is if it is also usable to mean that things are going well in a figurative way when "go downhill" means in the same way that things are not going well."

thank you.

Ah! Not really - if things are gradually getting worse, you can say they're "going downhill", but if things are gradually getting better, I would probably say "Things are looking up"!
