Hello guys,
That sentence came into my mind some days ago:
Has someone already told you how cute you were?
I have two questions:
1. Shouldn't it be anyone because it's a question?
2. Is were correct, which would mean that are is wrong?
I don't think it's the same as, "He said I was cute." :up:
Or like, "I told you you were cute." :up:
This means I would tend to use this version:
Has anyone already told you how cute you are?
