Admittedly, we don't use the word "condo" in BrE, I believe it's a specifically AmE phrase, but I don't think that the word unit is required. I believe that it's simply referred to as "a condo". I'm sure an AmE speaker will confirm/deny.
You could say: Which of your colleagues sold a condo?
Of your colleagues, who sold a condo?
Did any of your colleagues sell a condo? If so, who was it?
