    The above means:1.This is basically the time interval from output to input. 2.This is basically the time interval from the first output to the sencond output.

    Please analyse the when clause .In the when clause,there is no predicate.Out of question, which refers to the input change,but what does "it" refer to? Thanks a lot!

    In the whole sentence, everything after the subject "This" is the predicate.

    "it" refers to "the output change".
