    How to explain in technical terms

    Scenario - Suspected the Gold wire bonding touching the chip surface.


    'Microscope observation showed suspected the gold wire touching the chip surface'.

    Please help me correct the sentence. Thank you

    'Microscopic observation revealed that the gold wire bonding may be touching (may have been touching / may have touched) the chip surface'.
