    Question "should not"

I am confused on how to construct question using not..

    I expect the answer
" I should not make noise in the classroom"

So, what should be the correct question?
" What should not you do in the classroom?"

    Or

"What you should not do in the classroom?"
But this one is more like a statement..

    Is it correct ?

Neither! "What should you not do in the classroom?", or shortened to "What shouldn't you do in the classroom?" As you can see, if you use the contraction "shouldn't" then the word order changes.
