[General] How can I deal with people if i cant speak enghlish well

hello.. am working in ministry of education and i didnt deal with people or customer service in english language but my problem when i need to send email to my manager in enghlish i need some one to correct the grammer for me.. if i can send to you or any one the letter and can to correct it to me..

Always capitalise I and the first word of a sentence.

Do not use .. at the end of a sentence.

Keep your submissions short. You will notice that lengthy texts often do not get corrected on this board.
