    Exclamation present tense

    Hello

A: We make our own pasta.
    B: Yeah, we've done that.

    Shouldn't "make" be "made"?
"We made our own pasta" is grammatically wrong?

I would say that "A" is saying that this is something they do regularly. Instead of buying pasta in a shop, they make it at home.

We use the present simple for saying that something is a habit or we do it regularly:

    I play tennis.
    I drink coffee.
    I make my own clothes.

In your example, A is showing that this is something that he/she does regularly, and B says that he/she has also done this in the past, but doesn't say how regularly, how many times or how long ago. If B also regularly did the same thing, even now, the conversation would be:

A: We make our own pasta.
    B: Yeah, we do that!
