It doesn't make much sense! Where did you find this quote? Can we have some more context?

"many things on my head..." particularly makes no sense. The speaker was wearing a lot of hats?! If it had said "in my head", I might have had a go at a definition but as it is now, I won't begin to try!

    Dear sir,
This is the content: Today, i have a very bright feeling, i mean, i feel i have someone in my life now, i just can't stop it, it's true, when love comes, it comes with full force and you can not stop it, I think, NOW, i know, i have found my right woman in you.

OK, i will let you think before i "blow you off "'with many things on my head now, take care of yourself and have a wonderful day.

    Thank you
    Vivian

OK, well, "blow you off" means to refuse someone's offer of a date.

Will you go out with me?
    No.
    Are you blowing me off?!
    Yes!

Did you ask that girl to go to the cinema with you?
    Yes, I did.
    What did she say?
    She blew me off.

"...on my head..." still doesn't make any sense.
