Do you agree or disagree with the following statement:
People are happier when they finish a challenging or difficult job than when they complete an easy task.

Some people like travelling through the world just on their own feet, some climbers want to scale the extremely high mountains even though they are dangerous and exhausting. Likewise, many people prefer to prevail over challenging or difficult jobs rather than easy ones, as the former are more significant, attractive and higher rewarding than the latter .

To begin with, the more formidable the assignment is, the more significant it is. An integral project consists of numerous sub-projects of variously level of diffidulty. The easy can be readily achieved, while those difficult ones, which are indispensable for the whole project, will consume much more time and greater effort. For this reason, challenging or difficult jobs are to be the most critical in every company or organization. In other words, they are more important than simple ones.

Apart from their importance, challenging or difficult jobs are more attractive. The human race is a kind of curious creatures. We are not contented with fossilized or ordinary tasks, or we may even be tired of them. Challenging or difficult jobs can highly satisfy us due to their unknown and fresh factors. They effectively stimulate people’s curiosity. Even more importantly, they constantly incite/spur us to overcome them. For example, the growing number of sports players are challenging human physiological extremes, regardless of risks and difficulties . They are too tempting to resist.

Last but not least, challenging or difficult jobs are highly rewarding. As we discussed above, challenging or difficult jobs are of great importance for every organization. So they always come along with considerable compensation. Not only can a person gain financial rewards, but he/she can also win fame, respect and valuable/precious experience. Conquering such formidable tasks can elevate one’s social status as well as enrich one. The prominent scientists, enterprisers and famous sports stars have proved this point time and time again.

In conclusion, challenging or difficult jobs have these unique characteristics which easy, ordinary or simple tasks don’t have. Their extraordinary significances, irresistible charms and potential rewards make people happier when they are successfully addressed.

Apart from their importance, challenging or difficult jobs are more attractive. The human race is a kind of curious creatures. We are not contented with fossilized(?what are fossilized tasks? routine tasks?) or ordinary tasks, or we may even be tired of them. Challenging or difficult jobs can highly satisfy us due to 'the unknown' and 'fresh' factors.

So they always come along with considerable (attractive) compensation. Not only can a person gain financial rewards, but he/she can also win fame, respect and valuable/precious experience. Conquering such formidable tasks can elevate one’s social status as well as enrich one (a person). The prominent scientists, enterprisers and famous sports stars have proved this point time and time again.

In conclusion, challenging or difficult jobs have [STRIKE]these[/STRIKE] unique characteristics which easy, ordinary or simple tasks don’t have. Their extraordinary significances, irresistible charms and potential rewards make people happier when they are successfully addressed (accomplished).
