Likewise, many people prefer to prevail over challenging or difficult jobs rather than easy ones, as the former are more significant, attractive and higher rewarding than the latter .
To begin with, the more formidable the assignment is, the more significant it is. An integral project consists of numerous sub-projects of variously level of diffidulty. The easy can be readily achieved, while those difficult ones, which are indispensable for the whole project, will consume much more time and greater effort. For this reason, challenging or difficult jobs are to be the most critical in every company or organization. In other words, they are more important than simple ones.
Apart from their importance, challenging or difficult jobs are more attractive. The human race is a kind of curious creatures.
