    Recently

    Hello, morning everyone.

Thank you for your help first, just a short and quick question.
Although 'recently' is mostly used with the present perfect tense, it can also be used with the present continuous tense when I would like to stress the activity started in the past and continuous into the future and now I am in the middle of the progress.
    for example:
I am recently reading a book titled 'when the whip comes down'.

    Thank you.

No, that is not correct. Use either, "I am reading a book...." or "I have recently been reading a book..."
Also it's "entititled" and book titles are usually written with capitals, like this: "When the Whip Comes Down".
