    the right situation to invite

--Shall we go out for a walk?
--Sorry. This is not the right _______ to invite me. I am too tired to walk.
    A. moment B. situation C. place D. chance
    The given answer is 'situation'.

Does the reply sound natural to native speakers? Are there any better reponses?

    Thank you in advance.

Does the reply sound natural to native speakers? Not to me, being tired is not a situation.
Are there any better reponses? I would say 'time' in that sentence.
