Hi Everybody,

I'd like to know how to pronounce the name of 'Juan' correctly, I heard different pronunciations from people but I think most of them are incorrect. Please advise. Thanks.

Correctly to whom? Native Spanish speakers or English speakers?

 And even to English speakers there are several ways - ranging from full-on Spanish (with a [x]) to the way Byron used it - rhyming* with 'new one').

That's not me saying 'rhymes with' - in an international forum that's a recipe for disaster (the rhyming word, in the pronunciation of the reader [and there is no way of knowing who future readers will be], may be wrong to start with). That's an actual rhyme that Byron used. It's 'correct' - in English literary circles - to speak of "Byron's /don 'ʤu:wʌn/".

[ʰwɑn] or [wɑn]

I usually hear the former, and I live among hispanics.
