We are currently hiring Spanish/English CSR to prepare for a large call volume increase starting from Oct. 1st. Please send me a copy of your resume and contact me at your earliest convenience to schedule a date and time for an interview.

I have also attached a copy of our medical glossary packet as our test is focused on medical scenarios. Majority of our customers are medical facilities so we focus our CSR's strength in this field. Thank you for your time.
