    confusion

    Please correct where necessary.

There is some confusions about date of submission of income tax return for tax year 2010. The details of my annual income are as under:

Taxable Salary or Total Salary Rs.650,000/- (100% tax deducted from my salary)
Profit on PLS 4584/- Net amount after deduction of 10% I.Tax
Profit on Fixed deposit(KASB) 29700 net amount after deduction of 10% I.Tax

    Dividend Income 5900 net amount
I had read in the Finance act 2010 the submission of income return has been split ed into two dates 31st Aug and 30th Sep. Please tell me which date of submission is applicable for my case. or Can I submit two return of income for different dates.

I had read in the Finance Act of 2010 that the submission of income returns had been divided into to dates, 31 August and 30 September. Please advise which submission date is applicable in my particular case, or whether I may submit two returns on two different dates.

NOTE: I don't know to whom you're submitting this inquiry, but if it an entity located in the US you would give the dates as "August 31" and "September 30."
