    think globaly

    Dear all,

The chef says "Today, we'll think globally and eat locally"

She kept talking about green markets and stuff.

What is the exact meaning of "Think globally"???

First, I thought she means that she would make "universal dishes" with local ingredients from the green markets. But then, I thought it might refer to environment but I can't get it.

    Thanks a lot.

Than it's as I got it "universal dishes"

    Thanks a lot.
