    take the skin off

    Dear all,

A Female chef says "I ALWAYS ASK MY FISHMONGER TO TAKE THE SKIN OFF,
BECAUSE I HAVE LADIES COMING OVER-- SO I WANT TO TAKE THE SKIN OFF"

I can't get at all what her waiting for her girlfriends has anything to do leaving the skin or taking it off"??????????

    Thanks a lot.

    Re: take the skin off

Some people don't like dealing with the skin.

    Re: take the skin off

    Hi maiabulela,

I would like to share with you my unobtrusive knowledge of life:

Always buying salmon I like to ask for a tail piece, weighing around 600 gr. I ask my fishmonger to take out the bones, sometimes the skin too.
