    which one is correct

    Could you tell which of the two sentences below is correct:

    "The lamp is on the right of the computer."
    "The lamp is on the right side of the computer."

    I'd say

    "The lamp is on the right of the computer" or
    "The lamp is on the right-hand side of the computer," as 'the right side' can also mean 'the correct side'.
