    I consider my time worthy.

    Which one is correct?

I consider my time worthy. I won't waste it here anymore.

My time is like gold. I won't waste it here anymore.

My time is worth being spent somewherelse. I won't waste it here anymore.

    Thanks.

The second. In this use of worthy (unlike a 'worthy person', who is morally worthy), you have to specify the reason for the worth. Sometimes the context supplies it: 'a worthy recipient' is worthy of receiving something - say an Oscar: the word 'recipient' implies that, in the context of the awards ceremony.

But calling it 'like gold' might seem a bit arrogant. I'd put the 'time' clause first, and reinforce it with something like this:

'I'm not wasting my time here any more. I've got better things to do with it.'
