    exemption or exemptive language

    I am not sure about what the following underlined phrases mean.

    - Anyone shall be required to demonstrate that he or she is an eligible investor in accordance with the exemption as set forth above.

    - It is only being offered pursuant to the exemptive language from regulation requirements under the federal law.
