It's supposed to be really clean and STUFF.

Jonathan Lee, 13, Plans To Pitch Peace, 'Peace Forest' To North Korea's Kim Jong Il

It was impossible to get comment from North Korea, which normally makes statements through its state-run news agency.
"It's supposed to be safe, but I'm a little nervous. It's a communist country," Jonathan said. "I've watched lots of documentaries. It's supposed to be really clean and stuff."

    ------------------------------------------------

How do we interpret 'be really clean and stuff'? I assume he meant North Korea is a clean place as shown in some movies. But what does the word 'stuff' mean here? Thank you.

It's a word that is frequently thrown in to mean "and lots of other things but I can't be bothered to list them"!

    What's Brad Pitt like?
Oh, he's really friendly and stuff.

What have you got to do tomorrow?
I have to go to work and then clean the flat and stuff.

It's not great English, it's certainly informal. In the example you gave, it almost sounds as if the speaker wanted to follow it with "but..."

North Korea is meant to be really clean and stuff, but I'm still nervous about going there.
