***Neither a teacher nor a native speaker.***

    Hi,
I believe there are plenty of possible options here.
I would write it this way:

    1)
    Hello xyz,

I would like to know if you have any positions for me.

    Best regards,

    Tony

    2)
    Hello xyz,

I would like to know if there are any positions available for me.

    Best regards,

    Tony

Maybe some other members have better ideas than I.

P.S. Keep in mind to use capital letters.

    Cheers!

Before anyone makes any other suggestions, I would really like to see you rewrite your post, using capitalisation as necessary.
