    Which one is correct?

    1- This work indeed helped me in improving myself through

    the responsilities taken upon one's shoulder.


    2- This work indeed helped me in improving myself through

    the responsilities one shoulders.

    They are both incorrect. Try "This work helped me to improve myself through the responsibilities I took upon my shoulders".
