    Help with commas

    Hello,
I am confused about whether or not to use commas in the following situations. Any help is greatly appreciated!

This tool includes options for adding to, or subtracting from, your image.
    ----
This program will be released in a Mac, as well as a PC, version.
    -----
When a painting or drawing tool is selected, the brush will paint with, or the shape will appear in, the first color.

    Welcome!

This tool includes options for adding to, or subtracting from, your image. I wouldn't use any commas.

This program will be released in Mac and PC versions.
    -----
When a painting or drawing tool is selected, the brush will paint with, or the shape will appear in, the first color. I would only keep the first comma.

I would use the same commas.

I would prefer this with no commas.

I would use the same commas.
    See above.
