    what is the difference between

    Hello,

Trying to figure out the difference between communications and communication. My aim is to describe a company as a system integrator in telecom industry. Some use telecommunication (s) as well. when do you use which?

    Thanks

Communications is what you should use for the conveyance of information by electronic means.

But since you're talking about the telecom industry, you should use "telecommunications." After all, that's what telecom stands for.
