    b) You are nobody.

    Not a teacher.

    Without any context, the most I can say is that it is expressing that the person is unique. No one else is the same as that person.

    It could be a compliment, an insult or an observation.

    I agree with Dave that nobody is you = you are unique; good compliment or not. You could have tried first, pratice makes perfect.
