    Do you know the man who gone to the bank?

    Do you know the old man who want to opening an account at the bank?

    Are These Sentences is Correct Adjective Clause?

    I believe all words verbs I marked should be past.
    (Theoretically they could be present too.)
    When you use gone you also need has/have.
    And the other changes are visible as well.

    (1) Do you know who asked Mr. Brown to fill out the deposit slip?

    = noun clause; object of "know."

    (2) who went/has gone to the bank?

    = adjective clause that modifies "man."

    (3) who wants/wanted to open an account at the bank?

    = adjective clause that modifies "man."
