    Hi,

First of all your title is wrong : Is this sentence correct?
I think you should say : How is your wife doing?
I'm not so sure , so you should wait another answer for your safety.

    Hi!

    Kintzacos is right.

    Is this sentence correct?, or

    Is the following sentence correct?

As for the following question, if you have more than one wife, you can ask : How are your wives doing? Yet, I`m not sure about that aspect, so you`ll have to ask: How is your wife doing?

Re: is this sentence is correct

You can just say "How is your wife?" There is no need for "doing".
If the person has more than one wife, you can say "How are your wives?"

I was going to post exactly the same. '...doing' is completely unnecessary.
