Would go & would have gone

Kindly clear me the tense of the following sentences
1: I would go to USA if I had money.
2: I would have gone to USA if I had money.

I am a fresh learner, please help me.

    Best regards.

Re: Would go & would have gone

Right now, if I had the money (but I don't), I would go to the USA.

Back then, if I had had the money (but I didn't), I would have gone to the USA.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    in short
first sentence refers to present and second refers to past.

Re: Would go & would have gone

    Now it is more clear

God bless all you people. ( I do not know how good wishes are communicated in English, but you people should accept it according to your culture)

    Regards
