As we met in the restaurant yesterday, you told me that you need an Import Manager who deals in import independenly. A friend of mine who is still working with small company and gets very low salary. He wants to change this company and looking for a big or multinational company as your's . He is very mature, competive, talentat and hard worker. His name is Raja Knows all import procedure as well as some knowledge of accounts.

I am sending him to your office for an interview. I hope he will be come an asset for your company if you appoint him.

    Please do the needful.

Please check and correct the above context.

When we met in the restaurant yesterday, you told me that you require an Import Manager who can work independently.

I have a friend, Raja [+ surname] who is currently working for a very small company (I don't think you need to mention his salary.) but he is keen to join a larger or multinational company such as yours. He is fully conversant with all import procedures, and also has some accounting experience. He is a very hard worker, talented and responsible.

I would be very grateful if you would be able to arrange an interview for him. I believe that he would be a great asset to your company.

I look forward to hearing from you.
