Dear all,

When I say,

"information will simultaneously be sent to PC and fax"

is it correct grammar: "To pc and fax?" or "to a pc and a fax" or "to a pc and fax"?

Thank you

An article/determiner of some sort is needed. Since you're sending something to a fax, it may be better to say "the document" rather than "information" but I don't really know that without more context.

The document will be sent simultaneously to your PC and fax.
Information is sent simultaneously to the PC and fax on file.
etc -- there are a few ways this could be said, and one may be better or one may be worse, depending on the entire context.
