    Voice or sound?

I want to express the meaning of "making noise with one's vocal cord with no sense" , as someone is crying.

Could I simply say make nonsense voice?
We can use "make sound", but can we use "make voice"?

No, we don't say "make (a) voice". You could say "make a loud/strange noise", for example.

    Thanks
But Iím still a little confused.

If I hit the table heavily use a hammer, do I make a loud noise?

Is there any difference between these two type of noise? Could I stress that the noise is from human voice not objects in English?

Yes, the hammer made a loud noise. The children are making a lot of noise, that is, they are screaming, singing loudly, banging toys, etc.
