    Are these sentences all correct:

    1-We will apply the conditions as discussed above.
    2-We will apply the conditions, as discussed above.

    3-The conditions as discussed above will be applied.
    4-The conditions, as discussed above, will be applied.

    In 1 and 2, have the conditions been "discussed above" or the way they are going to be applied?

    Do 1 and 3 mean the same as "the conditions that have been discussed above"?

    1-- the conditions have been discussed
    2-- the application has been discussed
    3-- the discussed conditions, not any other conditions (this one means the same as 'that have been')
    4-- the conditions (which, by the way, were discussed above)-- no implication of any undiscussed ones.
