    Teach/Taught

Which would be proper use of teach/taught in the following circumstance:

    1. ... and what Hancock did not taught or suggested per the following...

    or

    2. ... and what Hancock did not teach or suggest per the following...

Frankly I say 2, but am unsure.

    Thanks!

You have a form of the verb "to do" in there with "did." The other verbs should therefore be in the "bare infinitive" form, meaning "to VERB" but without the "to."

    ...did not teach or suggest.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
