Please frame the letter in a better way

I would like anyone here to correct the below letter.

    Hi,

I could see that my no-due status is still pending with admin team.

Could you please release all the the desktops tagged in my name ASAP.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

The above is a formal letter that I would like to send to our admin team to release the PC's tagged in my name. Please correct it and frame it in a better way.

    Hi,

I could see that my no-due status (with what?) is still pending with the admin team.

Could you please release all the the desktops tagged in my name as early as possible.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I look forward to your reply.

    Thank you,

Re: Please frame the letter in a better way

Thanks for your reply and suggestion. Could you please let me know the best way to improve my written skill. Even though I am not so bad in my communication, my written English is not up to the standard.

I look forward to your reply.
