    is it kept or..

Please tell me is this written correctly?

The decision that contains the procedure is kept in the office. The protocol number is 571/ 2010, dated on 14.06.2010.

    , dated on 14.06.2010.
    , dated 14.06. 2010.

Should it have been said The document that contains..
instead of The decision that contains..

Is there also another but better word than the dated?

    Thanks

The thing that contains details of the procedure is a document containing details, rather than a decision. But in a given context, 'decision' might have become an acceptable shorthand for 'document that gives a decision and specifies a related procedure' - so it's strictly of debatable 'correctness', but it doesn't bother me unduly (though I would probably avoid it myself).

And the document is 'dated 14.06.2010'. That's the date that appears on the document. It would only be necessary to specify 'on' if there were a discrepancy: 'It was dated on 12.06.2010, but it wasn't going to be submitted until the 14th so it specified the later date.'

And the word 'dated' is fine. (If the machine that generates the document produces the date automatically, you could also use the word 'timestamped'.)
