    " I object to their parting"

    OR

    "I object to them breakin up" ( Is it grammatically correct? If yes, which one is more natural?)

    They don't mean the same thing. If you mean ending a relationship, use "breaking up."

    Any time one person leaves the physical presence of another, they "part."
