    Smile CONFUSION

Actually,I have a confusion between types of below compound adjective:
    1, Adv-PP1 and Adv-PP2
    Ex: well-equipping and well-equipped
    2, Noun-PP1 and Noun-PP2
    Ex: heart-breaking and heart-broken
Who can explain to me? Thanks a lot.

    I've never come across "well-equipping".
An event or similar can be "heart-breaking". A person can be "heart-broken", possibly as a result of a heart-breaking event.
