both timely and effective/ It will become apparent/being reported and processed

    Dear teachers,

Would you tell me whether the expressions in bold in the following sentences are used properly?

The speed of reporting enables management to take corrective measures which are both timely and effective.

It will become apparent when studying this procedure that the information being reported and processed is used for product scheduling, inventory, work of process, labor distribution, and payroll.

    Thank you for your efforts.

    Regards,

    V
