It looks fine to me. You can also say "How do you think the meeting went?"

Let me know the outcome and how it goes.

I think I would change the order to "Let me know how it goes, and [also] the outcome." The outcome would be at the end, whereas "how it goes" is an ongoing thing throughout the meeting (or whatever it is).
